Baccarat Pro Strategy is a software application under development by Castello Consultant for gaming and entertainment purposes. It is separate from the firm's professional engineering consultancy services. The application uses virtual chips only and does not provide real-money gambling or cash-out functionality.

Information we collect

Baccarat Pro Strategy does not require users to create a personal account with the developer for normal use of the application. Gameplay information, including virtual-chip balances, game history, settings and statistics, may be stored locally on the user's device where required for application functionality.

Microsoft Store purchases and subscriptions

Where the user purchases or subscribes to paid features, payment processing, subscription management and licensing may be handled by Microsoft or other applicable platform services. The developer does not receive or store the user's full credit-card or payment-card information. Microsoft may process information in accordance with Microsoft's own privacy policies.

Advertising

The Free version of Baccarat Pro Strategy may display advertisements, including optional rewarded advertisements. Advertising services may collect or process limited device, advertising, diagnostic or usage information as necessary to provide, measure, secure or personalise advertisements, subject to the privacy policies and consent requirements of the applicable advertising provider.

Diagnostic and technical information

Limited technical or diagnostic information may be processed where necessary to maintain application functionality, investigate errors, prevent abuse or improve reliability. This may include application version, operating-system information, device characteristics and crash information.

Use of information

Information processed in connection with Baccarat Pro Strategy is used only as reasonably necessary to provide application functionality, manage purchases or subscriptions, display advertisements where applicable, maintain security, diagnose technical problems and improve application performance.
